Position: Operation Manager Location: 538 Seymour St, Vancouver, Canada Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities: As an Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our e-commerce business. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock availability.

Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute effective promotional campaigns.

Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhanced operational efficiency.

Leading a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Streamlined order processing, shipping, and logistics to ensure timely customer delivery.

Identifying emerging market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role within an e-commerce or retail environment.

Strong knowledge of online sales platforms, order management systems, and inventory management tools.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
